My users are non tech.too many useless Ads and popups. ![]() Ads, Ads, Ads, Ads, Ads, get it.Toooooo Many Users don't give a crap about the "get a discount" "register for this" "the new update contains". Does it perfectly What I hate and have told Teamviewer many times: 1. We are a single person admin team running 220 users, so it's a go to tool to manage this. It works well and very happy with the software and the features it provides. I have a full large licence that I pay for every year (many 1000's of $$). Great but remove marketing from the solution Of course, if you go there for a visit, you can do that yourself. The only drawback is that the other side has to download/install the program as well, something grandma may have challenges with. ![]() (I know there are options to set it up where I could get in without their input- useful for grandma's computer where she can't remember how to do work the program- but I don't use it.) If I ever make the plunge and go into business, TeamViewer will likely be my choice of remote software because it works and is easy to use right away. I do like that the password changes between uses so that I don't have access to the other computers unless their owners are on the phone with me to give me the new info. ![]() ![]() It is actually quite powerful and has more features than I have ever used. I've used TeamViewer for helping my friends and family install/fix/find/rework/almost anything for years. Since I'm the techie in the family, I use TeamViewer for helping my family and friends.
